MEET Mrs. Melanie Nycz
School Principal Nativity of our Lord Catholic School
Dear School Families, Parishioners
My name is Mrs. Melanie Nycz, and I am the principal at Nativity Catholic School. I have a pre-k through 8th grade degree in education, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a Wisconsin Principal’s License. This is my fourteenth year at Nativity. One of my favorite things about working with students is watching them grow- both academically and towards their faith journey. One of my favorite reasons why I enjoy working at Nativity is that I can live my faith out loud. I can offer prayers and praises to God with my students throughout each day.
My husband David and I have two daughters, Alyssa and Aubrey. Alyssa is a second year medical student with the Medical College of Wisconsin, and Aubrey is a junior at UWSP studying elementary education and English as a second language. Our family enjoys outdoor activities and all of the beauty that the northwoods provides.
